Jaxtr is an online community that allows u to make free calls across the world at local call rates, u just have to create an account and then verify ur email address and phone number, n u r done. u r ready to receive calls on ur phone and to keep unsolicited phone calls restricted to your voice mail. u can also choose which people can call u directly on ur phone and whose calls shud be redirected to ur voice mail. I think this is one of the best sites to make international calls at local call rates, however there are still certain areas where these people dont have their local numbers available, and i hope they do open their local numbers everywhere soon...:)
